Barbara Coler provides advice and guidance based on her experience working at state, regional and local governments, where she worked in cleanup, waste and air programs. She has decades of experience in regulatory policy, legislation development, hazardous waste site assessment/remediation, environmental monitoring, air quality enforcement, public outreach and facilitation of meaningful public involvement. Barbara has substantial experience coordinating and negotiating with diverse stakeholder interest groups to resolve contentious and complex technical and environmental policy issues.
